This calendar outlines important housing and academic dates for Spring and Fall 2025, including move-in, orientation, payment deadlines, university holidays, and refund eligibility periods for first-time spring and fall housing students. It also includes key deadlines for course registration changes, withdrawal policies, and check-out dates for each semester.

January 29, 2025*First Time Spring Housing Students Only* Cancel between January 29- February 18 to receive 50% housing refund
February 17, 2025President's Day: University Close
February 18, 2025*First Time Spring Housing Students Only* Final day to cancel to receive 50% housing refund
February 18, 2025Final day to withdraw from a course(s) for a 50% refund of tuition with a 鈥淲鈥 grade at the Registrar鈥檚 Office
February 19, 2025*First Time Spring Housing Students Only* Any cancellation after February 19th will have a 0% housing refund 
March 10- 16, 2025Spring Recess: Classes resume March 17
